We are advocates for charity organizations. We examine your costs, in the area of our expertise, copiers and printers, and show you where you can save money. This process costs you NOTHING. We do the examination for free and are what is known as a Self-Funded model. That means we only get paid if we find a savings you can employ.

What is the goal of your copier/printer company?
To make a profit. First on the copier lease transaction and then on the service and supply contract. This puts them naturally at odds with your mission which is to use your funds for your programs.

To decrease your monthly costs and get you the best price and service available, We align ourselves with your goal of using your money for your programs and find funds for you that you are unnecessarily paying in your copier/printer contract(s)

What is CAP?
We are a company whose sole mission is to substantially reduce the monthly costs associated with leasing and maintaining office equipment for 501c-3 organizations. CAP was founded by an automation company owner and executive who was also the president of a non-profit for over ten years. His unique perspective, because of this combination of experience in these two worlds, gave birth to the idea of CAP.

How does CAP accomplish its mission?
Through our past business experience, we understand the inner workings of office automation companies and know how to find the excessive profits and hidden fees and eliminate them to drastically reduce costs for non-profit companies without sacrificing service. In fact, our mission is to reduce cost and improve service!

Our Founder
Frank Somma has 30 years of experience in office automation as a general manager and owner.  He understands the underside of that business intimately.  Frank also has 30+ years in non-profit.   Frank spent over ten years as  national president of The Cooley’s Anemia foundation in NY and sits on the board today.
